Overview

CollabIn is a creator–brand collaboration platform, accepted into NIC Incubation Cohort 2. As Technical Lead I own the frontend architecture — a modular Next.js + Tailwind app with Firebase auth and real-time data sync — and define REST API contracts with the backend team. The platform has onboarded 50+ creators and 20+ brands and is containerized on GKE.
